This delicious dry cured meat has its origins in Central Italy. Its a non smoked, heavily salted form of bacon made from the jowl. This is the traditional ingredient for ”Spaghetti Carbonara” and has and incredible depth of flavour. Perfect your homecooked pasta dishes and soups with this authentic Italian Style product.
