We provide safe and professional home kill and butchery services to the Dunedin area. As a licensed home kill operator under MPI we ensure a high standard of quality is achieved with our “from the farm to the freezer service”.

If you’re a keen hunter that wants to get some high quality smallgoods manufactured or have farm land and want to fill the freezer, we are your point of contact. We take frozen or fresh products, boned out meat or whole carcasses. You can drop off your goods to our North Dunedin Store within our opening hours Wed – Sat.

We specialise in fresh sausages, burger patties, bacon, smoked salamis and biersticks.

If you have large quantities or large Carcasses please give us a call beforehand to discuss drop off and processing time.
