Munich weisswurst, cheese kransky (kaesebeisser) and there is lots more planned for the future.
All our pork is free range and comes from cressey farm in chch, fresh
southland lamb from Invercargill, local cattle beast around otago,
and last but not least wild venison, locally shot
And maf certified for public sales.
One of our specialities is the wild venison salami which comes in
garlic & cracked pepper, a mild Danish flavour or in Italian style.
We also trade cheese's from Talbot Forest in Geraldine and we have
lots of imported goodies from Germany. we have roughly 300 products
