For our pork sausages we use Free Range Pork Shoulder from Cressy Farm in Christchurch, Lamb sausages are made from young Southland Lamb Shoulder meat, Beef sausages are made from Topside/ Blade and Chuck Steak meat. For our Venison sausages we use MAF certified Wild Venison meat, which has much more flavor then farmed Venison.

Products, which means less salt & fat!!!
