Deep Creek Delicatessen started in Feb 2007 and made a name for it self around Otago, being present at farmer markets and events like Alexander blossom festival, Clyde wine & food festival and so on.

In 2010 deep creek deli entered together with Mediterranean wholesale market in the NZ great sausage competition and won the supreme award, 3 gold and 1 silver medal for their sausages.

Master butcher Simon Tiefenbach was trained in Germany and has 35 years’ experience in butchering.
